Do you have a PR list? If so, how do I get on it? 
As of now we do not have a PR list. However, we are taking inquiries via email.

Are all your products vegan and cruelty free? 
Absolutely. We do not have any animal derived products on our site. All of our vendors are certified cruelty free.

Are your micas ethically sourced? 
Absolutely. We do not have any partnerships with any vendors who use unethical labor to source such material.

Do you have a makeup pro or military discount? 
Unfortunately, not at this time.

When will ____ be back in stock?
We restock products daily. However, under each sold out product you get an option to sign up for our "Back in stock" notifications to instantly be notified via email when a product is back in stock.

Do you ship worldwide?

Processing, Shipping, and Polices FAQ

How long is your processing times.
1 to 3 business days normally. 3 to 7 business days with new releases. 
Black Friday will take 5 to 20 business days.

Why didn't I get an confirmation email? 
Our website automatically sends an confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. If you did not receive an email you most likely didn't enter the email address correctly. We can resend it with no problem. Just email us at contact@givemeglow.com

Can I combine my order orders? 
Unfortunately, we stopped combining orders as of January 1st, 2022.
Why? Combining orders would not be an issue in itself. However, when the order is placed the weight is calculated precisely based on the weight of the items. Once the checkout process begins, the shipping is calculated and when the orders are combined the weight will change resulting in us as a company paying for the extra shipping cost.

Im an international customer and I was charged duties, taxes, and import fees. How do I get reimbursed? 
Unfortunately, Give Me Glow is not responsible for such fees.

Can you adjust the value on the label so we wont get charged import fees? Unfortunately, falsely altering a government document is highly illegal and we will not take part.

Returns: 
We want all of our customers to be taken care of. If you are unhappy with your products, you must contact us first before you return your items within 3 days of purchase. Simply return the items back with an order number attached to or inside the box. Give Me Glow Address: 2909 Turner Warnell Rd, SUITE 111 Arlington Texas 76001. Please note that if your order was over 100$ and you used the free shipping code, the shipping label cost will be deducted from the refund total.

My order was delivered back to you what do I do?
If your order was delivered back to us we can absolutely send it back to you but, the customer will have to cover the extra shipping cost to send it back.

Lost, damaged, or stolen package? How can you resolve the issue? 
As of 4/10/22 we partnered with Route Insurance to help us protect both parties in case of lost, damaged or stolen packages. This option is automatically added to your cart and can be removed at anytime before check out but not recommended. If this option is in fact removed, Give Me Glow is no longer reasonable in the event of stated above. If you have the route insurance and your package was damaged, please reach out to our customer service with attached photos so we can further make a claim. Lost package? We will use your tracking number to provide to Route. Stolen package? UnfortunatelyRoute will not accept a claim until a police report is provided. Once you have the report send the PDF file to our email Contact@givemeglow.com INTERNATIONAL: Give Me Glow is not responsible for damaged packages that were shipped through a third party shipping agent.
